Technical documentation is the commercial product of ADD GRUP, which
is delivered to the partners in the framework of License Agreements
for using of the ADDAX technology and/or ADDAX IMS delivery
Contracts.
The following documentation packages are elaborated and are
available:

How to get the documentation ?
A legal partner gets documentation during process of Contract /License
Agreement implementation in accordance with agreed schedule. The
documentation is delivered on CD and/or in the form of archives with
limited access. Archives are placed for a time on the ftp-server of
our Company. To get access to documentation in this case the legal
partner need to be aware of:
- our ftp-server address;
- type of packet to get (DOC1-3);
- personal code;
- archive's name;
- password.
If you have any troubles with access to documentation, apply to
the ADD GRUP Company Technical
Support Service.
In exceptional cases our potential partner as well as legal
partners can get access to documentation. For this purpose it is
necessary to send requirement and convincing grounds for examination
to the ADD GRUP Company Marketing
