License agreements of the ADD GRUP offers to interested partners the right to use the production technology for remote metering and energy management systems manufacturing.

The offered license package usually includes (*):

• Legal documents that regulates relations between partners;
• Design and technological documentation for setting up serial production of ADDAX equipment;
• The necessary amount of Two basic microchips – application and communication chips – with special resident software;
• Software applications for "top level";
• Operational documentation for metering system users;
• Training;
• Technical support service;
• Testing, functional control, calibration and control equipment for ADDAX equipment;
• Other documents and materials.

The list of package is for evaluation purposes only. The contents of valid license package is defined by the conditions of specific license agreement and may be different.
